All walls and woodwork were throughly prepared using dustless extraction.
This was achieved by fully preparing surfaces, i.e sanding down to provide a key, filling and cleaning substrates. Finally applying the right paint that is extremely hard wearing.

OTHER WALLS – 2 coats of Benjamin Moore aura matte (colour/ STONINGTON GRAY HC -170)

Original lath and plaster ceiling taken down and re plaster-boarded. All joints were taped and ceiling was re-plastered.
Due to movement from above a fibre glass liner was applied to prevent future cracks appearing.
New LED down-lighters were fixed
The main exterior wall was felt and battened, 100mm insulated plasterboard was applied and dry lined. Various internal walls were moved and new door linings centralised.
Every wall lined with a glass fibre liner to prevent any further unsightly cracks.
New architraves/doors and skirting boards were fixed and painted.
